Intensive Research Process to Align with the Users

Many entry points of the design are based on the quantitative and qualitative research I conduced for 3 months.

For user research, I included 10 interviews, 3 observations and 2 diary studies to understand how people commute in Bay and Greater New York Area where people spend the longest time to transit in the U.S..
